Art Talk with SeeSantana: ArtScape in Miami

Freshly back from South Beach where I was enjoying the swaying of palm trees and exotic people in tropical weather. HER Winter Party had their opening event"ArtScape", where I had the opportunity to showcase two of my pieces and put them up for auction.

"Sapphic"

Sapphic was a piece I made in dedication to the energies exuded by two Lesbians. When two women interact romantically, it is gentle and feminine yet passive-aggressive. The swirls are a representation of getting lost in love, without direction nor destination. It is erotic, spiritual and of course, Sapphic in its nature. HER Winter Party is an event hosted by Miami's LGBT Task Force and this piece seemed to fit the scene well.
